Country Shop

The country shop is located next to the Stapelbakker, where you will find all kinds of  delicious things from Mariënwaerdt, to be used in you own kitchen. Convince yourself and try our jams, chutneys, curds and sauces, cheeses and juices directly from the estate and many more delightful things that are all homemade, such as the famous walnut tarts of Mrs Van Verschuer, baked in small quantities according to a secret family recipe.

At Mariënwaerdt we believe in the virtue of honesty and everything pure and that is why the products we sell at the estate do not contain any artificial additives. Shopping at Mariënwaerdt is like shopping in nature!

Aside from the products of the estate, we also sell a large assortment of organic delicacies and a unique range of lovely gifts of Emma Bridgewater or Bunzlau Castle for instance.
